Parents who are about to have a child tend to overlook the fact that numerous things can go wrong during the birthing process that could leave their infant with permanent disfigurement, disabilities or even result in their child’s death. The sad fact is that mistakes can be made during the delivery process by physicians, nurses and hospital staff. These mistakes may result from gross negligence or simple negligence and are often overlooked.
